Our oil change and maintenance of wipers service done by Ricky was very professionally handled. Because of his attention to other details of our car I.e the lack of “hood shocks”, we ordered them and will return for installation!!

Not crowded so I pulled right in - very thorough, polite, mentioned a few 'add ons' but not pushy (windshield wipers for ex and yes, they were due). Very polite and professional (Mgr was training a 'newbie') - have used before and will use again.

Stopped here while in from out of town and was not disappointed. Ricky, Smitty, and team were great! They were extremely nice and professional and unbelievably fast. Definitely better than any of the spots I've tried back in Nashville for oil changes. Definitely would recommend.

The best Express oil in the area without a doubt. We were helped by John on 7/22 and the service could not have been any better. Not only did he ensure the standard oil change and inspection services were performed to the highest degree but he went above and beyond. We needed separate issues addressed on our visit and not only did he address and pay close attention to all issues with our vehicle but he also blew out all the debris and pollen from around the windshield and the wipers (wiped them off) and made sure everything was in order as we pulled out. I recommend this shop for all your basic needs without hesitation.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Always quick and friendly service. Today I went by because I had a flat. They could not patch it because I have run-flat tires, so I asked if they could just put on the spare until I had more time and they didn't even want to charge for inspecting the tire and changing it. Obviously, I gave each of the fellows some $ for their time, but it was still a nice, friendly gesture. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I was one of many people whose car got broken into throughout the Bham area. (Not in Cahaba Heights). The day before that my car battery had died (I know, when it rains it pours). While insurance is paying for my window and set me up with a window repair company I had to get my battery situation figured out today, which I had off from work.Mr. Tommy A Is who I mainly spoke with and he was fabulous. Even when they were very short handed Mr. Ricky drove to Grand Highland apartments to jump me off so I could get my car into the shop free of charge. They didn’t have my battery on deck but had it delivered and installed within one hour. Lastly, they took it upon themselves to vacuum the glass out of my car from my drivers side window being broken again free of charge.They immensely helped to make my life so much easier today. I paid full price for the battery and installation but the customer service, kindness and efficiency was top notch. They were lifesavers! Needless to say it’s been a stressful couple of days but I was pleasantly so surprised at how accommodating and helpful these guys were. I’ll definitely be back after today. Be sure to ask for Mr. Tommy A or Mr. Ricky! They rock!!!!!Service: Auto maintenance
