Called two days in a row to get help with a salt cell. Called the store on the second day to confirm stock so I could come pick up and met the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. On both days neither person was interested in helping me with my pool. When your spend 1000 dollars for a pool part you would think they could answer a simple question. I ordered the cell online after the first day, but when I called back to see if they had something additional I needed in the store to pick up today I asked about expected time for my online order I was told very rudely that I don’t have anything to do with your order and I don’t have it. Never asked my name, order number, anything. I immediately canceled my 1000 dollar order and will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you teach your employees customer service because most people with a pool are coming in to spend a lot of money!

Great customer service. I was actually needing advice the day I went by. Even though I wasn't spending any money, one of the guys helped with my questions about installing a pool vacuum. I will be spending money with them from now on. Customer service matters.

I like this location and service. I live in Pelham and go hear. However, the last two days I have come to the store and it is locked?? I guess I need to find another spa source.

The store hours are 9-7? At least that's what the sign on the door says. Why then is nobody there and store is closed at 630? Drove all the way here and need chemicals yet store is closed during business hours. Not good!

Before this summer started I dropped a pool robot off for repair. After being told they had about a week turn around they finally called 6 weeks later and said it could not be repaired. I told the guy if I had known that earlier I would have just bought another. I did buy a new robot but not from Leslie Pools. Just tell people the truth up front.

It took 30 minutes and about what seemed like a long list of questions just to order a simple gasket for a chlorinator lid. It was like I was applying for a commercial account with them which probably would have taken less time. It was far too much of a process for such a simple order.
