This review is for the state farm app. I forgot my password and it will not let me reset it, so now I'm totally blocked from this app. It sens me a link to reset but it keeps saying I am blocked. So it's pretty useless to have.

Through the years all over the US, I have worked with many insurance companies. Over the last several years I have determined that State Farm is the top company to deal with. The professionalism is super high, the claims are incredibly fair, and the prices are at the very least comparable to the Geico Progressive type companies where the customer service is horrendous. This particular branch, Lloyd Payne has been amazing. Not only were my auto and home insurance rates and coverage great, but the level of service has been outstanding.I had to move to Birmingham last notice and had some problems and needed everything done very quickly. They went above and beyond and took care of everything I needed right away. I had a few complicated issues as well. I have dealt with a few agents over there and the owner as well. I strongly recommend this State Farm office.

I have been a State Farm customer for years, and I have been insured in several agencies. I must say the staff at Lloyd Payne State Farm is by far better than any other agency. They are more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone.

I swapped to state farm a few months back per suggestion of a friend. I ended up saving a ton of money. Less than a week after we swapped I totaled my truck. My agent Jason Hyde helped me through the process. He was excellent and everything was done in a streamlined fashion. First accident I've ever had and the experience with state farm was painless and quick.

No one ever enjoys getting into an accident, but I am so grateful to have statefarm as my insurance provider. I was just recently into an accident and they helped to take some of the stress away. They help to make sure you are getting the coverage you actually need and treating you as a customer not just another sale.

I insured with Lloyd Payne in 2012 after a friend referred me. I didn't know he was a State Farm agent and would have been reluctant to call for a quote. I always thought that State Farm is the best so they must be the most expensive, right?!? He lowered my insurance payment by $53.00 per month with better coverage and customer service. The biggest part was how they helped me with my first claim a few months ago. I was run over by an 18 wheeler while parked (no injuries thank goodness) and the other driver's company tried to ignore the police report and say I was at fault. I didn't want to file a claim because I wasn't at fault but I didn't know what else to do. Lloyd and his team got involved and fought for me which is something I've never experienced. I got a phone call from an apologetic claim rep with the other drivers company and a check was in the mail days later. I'm so grateful because I had liability coverage and would have gotten nothing if I was at fault. Thankfully I have an agency that were concerned about me and fought like I was their biggest client. I almost felt bad because my policies are cheap and I don't have much for them to insure. What little I have will be insured with this agency for life.
I highly recommend this agency if you prefer to be treated like family instead of a policy number. Thank you Lloyd and staff.
