To start with, Meineke was available for immediate service. I had a serious engine issue and couldn’t wait weeks for dealership mechanic availability. The manager at Meineke (wish I had his name) was courteous and professional, and helped me right away. They got to work on it and finished the job by early afternoon. Cost of the repair was exactly as quoted. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Their 5-star review is well deserved and they met expectations accordingly.

The mechanics are courteous and very knowledgeable. They will work on older cars that other shops won’t. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this shop.

Had good experience in the past but not this time. Price for front end alignment and two tires seemed high to me. We had a 1:45 appointment. Got no feedback all afternoon about when it would be ready. I contacted at 5:00 to check. Attendant was rude and said they were working on it. Finally got text at 5:48 that it was ready. When we arrived the there at 6:05, the attendant was very rude.His exact comment was “ One more minute you would’ve been picking it up tomorrow!“ He then said we couldn’t pay with a check and implied our credit card might not work.Totally uncalled for. Best service I've ever had. Andrew and Jacob were most excellent extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anybody. I am extremely pleased with the service. Totally professional. These guys are top-notch!

My driver side power window stopped working. Took my car to Meineke and they got me in and out reasonably quick. I'm so pleased with the work they did. They only negative comment I have was having to pay $300 for the work LOL! But I'm glad everything is working again.

Great team. Older car..needed extra care, special parts...had to bring it back a few times,but the team was always helpful. They worked on it until it was working properly. Overall...nice job.Services: Engine repair

These guys were great! They handled fixing a van with 20+ hot, barking dogs inside like it was an every day thing. The part needed wasn't available any where in the area but they were able to find a substitution that fit, and they had it installed and ready to go in no time at all. Despite the barking dogs and screaming kid, these guys were professional, courteous and went out of their way to get us going again.

Please do not go here especially if you are a female, they will see you as someone they can take advantage of and take every bit of money that they can out of you. I came to this place because of the good reviews but I seriously regret it. I think a lot of people who have went here think that they got honest work when really they didn’t sadly. They do not like being held accountable or honor parts with their so called warranty. Go to a mom and pop shop bc why do you think these huge companies have been able to expand so much? It’s deff not by honest work.

I was in town for a softball tournament. They got me right in, diagnosed my issue, tested to make sure engine was not compromised, had part there within the hour, and I was back at the softball diamonds before my daughter’s next game. Very fast and efficient work. All the employees were very nice and professional. Even have some really good homemade cookies to eat while you wait. Thanks againService: Engine repair

Honestly, it is one of, if not the, worst experience I've ever had with any company. In December of 2022 I took my wife's car in for brakes. Replaced all four with rotors. 1300.00 +. The mechanic forgot to put the lug nuts on the passenger tire. He went to test drive the vehicle after the brake install, and the tire fell off and under the car. The new brake rotor hit the ground and the tire damaged the fender, fender well, trim, bumper, and a few other things. The manager and mechanic apologized and said they would take care of any damage. We were asked to get 3 repair estimates, which we did. The repair estimates ranged from 3000.00 - 5000.00. That was in early January. It's March 25th and we have been told over and over that they were "working" on making a decision on how to move forward with repairing our vehicle. They are either broke or lack the character to do the right thing. I have contacted Meineke Corporate, and they could care less that one of their franchises is smearing their brand. I can only assume they are used to it. I write this to warn of the type of company they are. We are left with the options of claiming it on our insurance, paying the deductible, and facing the possibility of increased premiums or paying out of pocket for repairs or pursuing litigation against MCCC Group, LLC. (Franchise owner). I advise in not taking the chance to have the same experience we are having. I would go as far as looking into the franchise owner for any Meineke shop before to patronize their business.
