Super service! I needed shirts and pants dry cleaned within 24 hours for a funeral. The lady working was very nice and promised she would have them ready which she did and she and it was during Christmas break. A joy to see a smiling face and kind words! I highly recommend this dry cleaner for great customer service and the prices were not that high especially since I needed a quick turnaround .

Park Place cleaners is wonderful and they have fantastic customer service. i has a drape dry cleaned and it shrunk. The manager, Matt, was very responsive and helped to resolve the issue timely and he was wonderful to work with. We love this service for its convenience and customer service and highly recommend.

This business has done a great job on every item I have brought them and for a reasonable price!However, the customer service is very rude. I tried to explain to the lady working the stains on my slip covers that I was dropping off. She completely cut me off mid sentence telling me pick up was in 3 days and goodbye. There were no other customers in the store or in line behind my car. It was a very awkward and rude encounter.Services: Organic dry cleaning

I just wanted a small load of laundry laundered. The first time I got a full load done, it was 21 dollars. I thought it was because I had a large load of clothes, so the next time I limited it to 1/4 of the size with just essential clothing (pairs of scrubs) to be laundered, and they charged me 19 dollars! I asked how, and the employee responded they charge a 10 lb minimum. This is the first I am hearing of this. They never told me this in advance. When I asked how much my load weighed, he didn't have an answer, but I estimate it to be ~3 lbs. am I entitled to the other 7 lbs of laundry since I was charged?? Crooks. You should inform your customers before they make a purchase.

I can’t speak for anyone else, I will never use their services again. No prices posted anywhere. I dropped off 18 pieces the same day. And was charged for each individual piece. Total price $122.00. I’ve traveled many places and never saw prices like this before. No 10, 12, or 14 piece group pricing. I paid $9.00 per pair of slacks. $6.25 for each polo, $3.00 for each shirt. .99 cent environmental fee for each rack and I was given 6 racks back. The Ritz Carlton hotel in LA, Buckhead in Atl, Raleigh/Durham, Washington DC, and Houston, Tx is cheaper than this place...

Park Place is the only place I take my dry cleaning! The workers are passionate about what they do and are always welcoming. They have handled all of my clothing items with care in a timely matter. I highly recommend using them for your dry cleaning needs!
