I ordered a Caesar salad and I was brought a salad with iceberg lettuce and the dressing simply taste like mayonnaise. The salmon was cooked well but not seasoned. However, the servers were very nice restaurants were clean. That is something that’s very important to me when I go to a restaurant.

I called here at 8: 25pm to place an order and was met with a snipey attitude and was told the kitchen is closed. I asked why would the store be open till 9:00 if I cannot put an order in I was told the kitchen closes at 8:15. I will be sure to contact the manager about this. Date April 16th

Lydia was great! We didn’t have to wait on any food, and we always had everything we needed. We ordered the Endless Shrimp and she brought out more before we even asked for it!

Went for lunch at 1230 and the place was dead which was odd for lunch so myself and two other customers waited up front there was no one to seat us so after 10 mins I went inside the dining area to find someone. I ordered the lobster lovers dream they did not bring a lobster fork to eat it with and only one of the lobster tails were edible. For the dining room to be so slow I had to ask twice for a refill....and sad to say the entire place looked old and dumpy. I did however tip the server 40% because I do not think the experience was her fault however I will not be coming back.

This was actually terrible. The front door hostess’ attitude was awful. She barely said anything as we entered. Her mannerism were as if we were inconveniencing her. As we exited, she was on her phone and didn’t say anything at all. The waiter was fine, but we waited for about 40 minutes for our food. Just as we were about to leave, the food finally came. It tasted freezer burned. My husband’s food wasn’t good either. Definitely not worth what we paid.

I haven't been to this location in many many years. It was always pacies with customers. Not anymore. Service and food was ok.

Janae is amazing! We ate at this location 2 nights in a row and had her both nights. Let me just say she always goes above and beyond and made sure we were getting amazing customer service and also amazing food. Janae never let our drinks touch the bottom of our glasses. She was fully energetic and proud to serve us. We had the unlimited shrimp your way and it was all fresh and delicious. The garlic shrimp scampi and salt and vinegar shrimp were hot and fresh everytime Janae brought them out. Also the general manager Terry stopped by our table to check on us and made us feel very welcomed and glad that we were there. We will definitely be back! Go to vestavia red lobster and ask for Janae you will leave more than satisfied!!

Had stuffed flounder, broccoli, baked potato.Founder was warm and tastelessPotato was barely warm and under baked.Broccoli was coldThe plate that the server used pot holders to handle was barely warm.I will not go back.

The fact that our waitress was condescending and outright rude is why I only gave this location of Red Lobster four stars. The food was excellent.Parking: There were plenty of available parking spaces when we visited for lunch.

Very slow to be seated. Once seated, our waiter was great and the food was excellent.
