They were diddle daddling around a bit because it wasn't crowded, but I stood there for a while waiting for someone to help me. Parker called me over. I actually like that you sit and speak with them oppose to leaning waiting for them to complete your transaction. I had no issues compared to other branches. I do agree with another reviewer though, the changes may be more geared towards younger people. Honestly though, it's our time to be catered to and one day it'll all change on us and we'll complain

Went into this Branch to try and set up a few accounts, and Jennifer and Daniel, along with John and I can't recall his name but he came out singing, were absolutely fabulous!All the people were genuinely kind and friendly, and went above and beyond with their service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I’ll start with the good. A young man named Parker W, who has an alabama helmet on his desk usually, is the only decent and efficient employee at this location. When I have to go into it, that’s the only guy I’m speaking to. He has great advice and has been helpful each time I’ve spoken with him.Bad news: This is the worst Regions location I’ve ever worked with. They don’t seem to listen or care about protecting my money. Seems like probably because I’m poor, so that’s why I get poor treatment. I’ve been limited in my ability to work full time due to a serious injury. I am also my grandmothers caretaker.Im making less money than I ever have, and I’m financially supporting a family member. Every dollar counts for us. I’ve contacted regions, in person, on the phone… for help several times and disputed several transactions for a Hulu account that I didn’t sign up for. They have made no effort to assist me in getting my money back that was stolen from me. Last week, Hulu hit my account and caused it to overdraft, from the people I have spoken to at regions, they have every intention of not giving back the overdraft fees incurred - even though this is the 5th time I’ve asked for help because my account gets hit no matter what action I take.After I disputed my transactions this time, my account was locked and shut down for no reason, and I couldn’t access my own money. Regions has caused more problems than it has solved, no interest in protecting my money.Tip for staff: imagine the person on the other side of the glass is a family member, your child, a brother, sister. Would you treat them the way i get treated in this location? Shooed out and we can’t help, even though it’s your job to help me with my finances? IT IS ONLY Vestavia 31 that gives me issues. Do better.I deserve a lot of overdraft fees back, and I hope you guys will actually help get my money back from Hulu. Thank you Parker for being helpful.

This branch of Regions excelled in efficiency of service and professionalism. Don was extremely generous and kind and all other staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Extremely pleased!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a Regions customer for 30+ years. I currently have 6 deposit accounts. But yet when I have to cancel my Regions Visa due to fraud I cannot get a pre-loaded visa unless I have a credit card with another institution in my name. That's hilarious, if I had that I wouldn't need a preloaded card. Seems every time I travel my card gets compromised. Thanks Regions for taking care of your customers.

Branch is great when it’s open. I drove across town to a safety deposit box here expecting them to be open until 5 like a NORMAL BANK. They closed 2 minutes before I got there.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst Branch Ever!!!! They did not provide all the legal documents to me on my first visit up there. I went to open an new account but they duplicate 3 additional accounts without my knowledge. You need to watch out for Tatiana, Tyler and Margaret.

My wife and I went to set up our joint bank accounts here. The lady helping us was very confused by the very simple way that I wanted our accounts set up. We were there for over an hour because she made us do all of this budget and financial goal setting stuff when we really just wanted very basic checking accounts opened. To make matters worse, she put our info in wrong which has resulted in our accounts being closed. I went in to get this problem fixed and talked to another lady who might as well have been a customer service phone robot. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Have now been banking with regions for a little over 1 year and have been very happy with the service at this branch! They are easy to get in touch with and make appointments with. They reach out to check on us periodically and always answer any questions we have!

HAY! You guys needs to put your ducks in a row about banking here. Too many 1 Star ratings. All those 5 Star ratings say how nice you people are has nothing to do with your performance to the account holders. I left your branch with my safety deposit box I loved there to move to another branch but I hate Gardendale Brach and was coming back to your branch but, after reading how your employers are messing up people's account I might better check out another bank.
