This is the second worst place in Birmingham Alabama to get your car fixed. They have horrible customer service and if they mess your car up while fixing it, they will not admit it. If it wasn’t for a recall I would not come to this place to have your car serviced.

We took my wife's 2023 Atlas Cross Sport in for service and we left with a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. From our sales person Justin Hild, to Aaron Hawk the sales manager, who by the way worked out a great deal and Matt Morgan the finance manger, they were all AWESOME, very professional and very patient with us.

Took my car for an oil change and they destroyed my wheel. After replacing the wheel and tire they wouldn't even comp the tire rotation and didn't balance them. Huge hassle and frustration for a "complimentary service." LOL
Never again will I step foot on their lot.

Absolutely amazing purchase experience from beginning to end! Tom Godwin is top notch and knows his product inside and out! Came in today to research and fact find and had no need to explore further! Tom Guided us through the entire process and we left with our new Atlas today! No pressure, no haggling, and left feeling like we received a very fair deal! Throughout my car buying experience, JP answered every question I had with care and extreme patience. He has the kind of voice that puts all of your car-buying worries at ease. Dealership was fine. I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the VW vehicle I own.This vehicle had defective brake pads when it was manufactured - as a result I had to incur a &635 brake repair expense that included replacing rotors at 30k miles. VW has refused to consider reimbursing me for any part of this extraordinary expense caused by its defect. I have driven VW cars for decades, but will never buy or own another VW vehicle.
