I visiting from out of town. In 12/5/2024 at approximately 7:30 pm I finished shopping and proceeded to the checkout line. There were 2 lanes open according to the lights that signify open lanes. One was full and the other was not. I chose the one that was not full as any logical person would do. As I approached the line and placed my groceries on the conveyor, I saw a Winn Dixie associate (Reginald) start shaking his head. He then threw up his hands and said "what are you doing?! We're taking people over here". I said the light was on, so I came to this line. I let the associate know that a light on means the lane is open. He disagreed and began to get agitated like he wanted to swing. He managed to take a few breaths and instead of losing his job he rang me up. Reginald is a liability. The Winn Dixie management team should apply corrective action immediately. I will be shopping at Publix from now on.

Easy shopping and had everything on my grocery list and the cashier Jennifer at Cahaba Heights store was friendly and helped to get the groceries out of the basket put the bagged ones back in.Also Ray is so good taking groceries to car and placing them where they don't spill out of the bags

The other supermarket off Overton. Between Publix and this store you are covered for groceries. They have good sales to watch out for.

Bad customer service, high prices. The cashier over charged me and I’m glad I caught it. I wish they would close this location down and put a Kroger or Walmart Neighborhood. Go to Publix close by it’s 1000% better.

We were charged $13.65 for one pound of ground turkey. We took the receipt to customer service. They said it’s antibiotics free and that’s the correct price. We looked online and most places have it four or five dollars. After arguing, customer service refunded us. Disappointed in the experience, however.

At 5Pm the meat market was vacated. Store manager Dale tried to help. He asked me to call tomorrow and speak with meat Manager about my need today and Manager, Dale, would give it to me at today's price. That's customer service!
