Im the kind of guy who almost had back surgery instead of physical therapy, becuase "hey Im a man-I know how to stretch!" My issue was I was doing an hour of cardio 7 days a week at age 49 and was'nt loosing weight. Krissi convinced me that I wasnt taking in enough calories?????? especially after my workout, I needed to refuel then. I needed protein or a meal. Its working and I dont feel like a nap after working out. Thanks Krissi!

I highly recommend working out at this gym. The trainer showed me exactly how to place my body to get the most out of the exercise. I've been working on for years and I could tell immediately the difference that she knew exactly what she was doing ! Stop by and see Krissi today. New Moms welcome !

Krissi is the best trainer I have ever had. I came to her for help with an ongoing injury to my ankle. I had surgery to repair 2 torn ligaments and tendons. After 4 months of surgery I was still in a lot of pain. Upon return to my doctor I found out that the tendon had shredded on down the rest of the way from the spot the surgery ended. There are no guarantees that another surgery will fix my issue or relieve the pain. Krissi is trained in managing injuries from a joint perspective. She is helping me strengthen the muscles in various areas which is leading to less pain in my ankle. Thank you so much!

I have tried many diets and while there was weight loss, it didn't stay off. I have been a sporadic exerciser previously but wasn't consistent. I realized I needed a life change in order to age with a better quality of life. My workout is great and I have more energy and endurance, I am stronger and down to the weight I like. In addition my cholesterol is trending down and I am no longer on medication. Everyone is an individual and the program is tailored just for me. Give Krissi a try!! She is great with injury recovery and is a gifted trainer.

I have tried other trainers and I have never had one as good as Krissi. I get effects and changes in my appearance and the way I feel. I can't say enough good about her training and we even have fun when we do it!
