I had an axle put in to a 2017 Ford escape Vance busted the housing ony transmission and put jb weld on it never told me he did it now a month later it's cost me 600.00 for him leaving bolts loose that tore up other things and I have to replace my transmission he denied busting it but I bought car new with 28 miles on it had never been worked on anywhere else

Im not from AL, I was calling to help my husband find a service to help with a blown tire out in AL we’re from GA it’s kind of an emergency & I didn’t get a chance to explain myself and the guy i spoke to HUNG UP. HOW RUDE!

Called this morning about 2 used tires the women on the phone was kind and helpful. I called around town and no one else even had any used tires that would fit my car so i pulled up at Johnson's and was greeted by 2 very helpful men. Who assured me my tires were not as bad as i had been told and one of them just had a nail which was plugged at no cost to me. So five stars for not taking advantage of a women and actually saving me some much needed cash!!! Would go again and suggest to others.
