If you go to the urgent care in Hayden don’t have them send your prescription here. They sent my six-year-old son‘s prescription over to CVS at 11 AM. I gave them 25 minutes and asked if they had his medicine. They said they have not received anything. We left ran a few errands. Then called them, asked them if they had received a prescription over an hour later they still said no. So I called the Urgent Care. They canceled the old prescription fit in a new one. Told me that you’ve been 15 minutes to get it filled. Went back to the Cvs in Warrior and they proceeded to tell me that they still did not have the prescription at 1:30. And wouldn’t even stay in there and try to help me figure out what was going on to get the Medicine for my sick 6 year because they were closing for lunch. So I was not gonna sit there until 2 o’clock for them to keep giving me to run around. I would suggest you ship pharmacy or another pharmacy local.

They close at 8:30 and I ran in at 8:31 and 2 girls at the front told me they refused to sell me a can of baby formula.

Very upset with this pharmacy- I get my pets prescription filled here and I cannot use the automated system to refill it. I tried to call to speak with the Pharmacy to get the refill started so I could pick up later today and it is now fully automated and no way to speak with someone in The pharmacy. I finally got through the automated system to the main store and asked to be transferred and that is not an option either. There is about NO way to refill a prescription if you do not have the ex number and a date of birth and can do it electrically - not so easy to do with dog medicine. I will have to transfer as do to my schedule I cannot visit the store and then wait 30 min for the refill. Please adjust your services some situations do still require speaking to a live person. I tried multiple attempts and was not even given the opportunity to leave a message for a call back as suggested by the main store rep I spoke with.

Horrible, disorganized pharmacy staff. Lady behind the pharmacy counter with messy bun hair, morning of 11/9/24, absolutely atrocious & rude & they will definitely all discuss your business given the opportunity & talk poorly about their customers. It’s so sad.

Worst pharmacy I have ever tried dealing with. I've tried several times they don't ever answer their phone, it's all automated. The machine can't answer any of my questions.

You have the worst customer service ever. Now when you call you can’t get someone to answer it’s all automated and required to leave a message. I feel so sorry for elder people whose insurance forces them to use your sorry service . My mom is now required to use y’all. You make enough money off medications to pay someone to answer your phones. I had a medication filled recently my doctor phoned it in , it was twice what I pay at my local pharmacy Payless. What a rip off ! Bad customer service and you over price your medications.

Are you CVS almost every day the pharmacy and the store part the pharmacy people are so nice and they help me with my medicines prescriptions in the store. If I need help I gotta do is ask CVS in warrior, Alabama it’s great. Y’all all should use CVS in warrior, Alabama if they would let me give 10 stars I would be putting 10 stars.

Service was great! I was not feeling my best, and the sales associate was so very kind, she even came out from behind the counter and assisted me with self checkout. I missed my opportunity to use my extra care coupons and credits. She knew exactly how to navigate the screens back to where I needed to be! I appreciate her so much!

I had and amazing experience with Morgan she took time to assist me with my purchases and made sure that I was satisfied with them all. She informed me of the items that was on sale and how it works for me to purchase them. It’s hard to find great customer service but she was wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. I would give her a 10 if it went that high. CVS is very lucky ? to have you on there team. Thank you.

Just my go to for stuff and prescriptions. They are a chain so easy to transfer scripts if needed.
