“Always clean. Friendly helpful staff. Equipment somewhat older but always in good repair. Good selection of free weights. Tanning available. Dry sauna in men locker room, steam room in ladies locker room. No judgement atmosphere, people of all ages come here. Offers memberships for Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit programs. Only real negative is lack of child care facility. They have a kids room, but it's been closed for "deep cleaning" for over a month at the time of this review.”
