No one was there just dropped off..had a problem with U-Haul .com ..and Google chrome with location being blocked. Had the same problem when I picked it up in weaver Alabama and took 5 customer service reps and 3hrs before they knew what the problem was. Since location was being blocked when I dropped it off .U-Haul .com is wanting to charge me $100 more for being late, when I was there in time . ?!!!! They should not have this problem being a major truck rental co. Why would there sites be blocked for location????!!!!

Tried to reserve a trailer over the phone and was told to do it online. Reserved it for the next day and was given a confirmation number and address where to pick it up. On our way to get it I called to confirm my reservation and was told I didn’t have one. When I told the girl I had a conformation number she said “oh that won’t help”. She said they only had one trailer there and it was for someone else. I was told “sorry” and she suggested I call the 1-800 number which I did and never could get through. The prompt said if you’re over fifty they have a promotion on the rental, after that I couldn’t get through for having to listen to Medicare and medical alert advertisements?. Absolutely ridiculous !! So is suggest you have a back up plan if you’re on a time schedule or last minute urgent move?

Well I had not had any accidents with the trailer but they said that the tire had issues and it was my fault. Luckily I had bought the insurance they suggested.Just don't like being accused of something I know wasn't even my fault.

:::::K and K rentals in Warrior:::: This company and owner are a joke! They have outdated/broken equipment that would NOT work properly. I called time and time and time again explaining that the equipment wasn't working, also brought the equipment back twice and they "fixed" it (patch job.) They told me the edger needed to have at least two or three pieces of sand paper on it to work (that's not correct) an edger should work properly with one piece of sand paper not three! The cord for the edger is completely open and has electrical tape around it. This place is an absolute joke and the owner didn't work with us at all on the price after having this many issues! I have sanded 3 different hardwood floors and never had an issue! I have always used Home Depot to rent from and will use them from now on. This company is a joke and their equipment is obsolete and poor quality! When we approached the owner about the amount due she began to yell and raise her voice, that it wasn't her fault and she said "thats what you get when you use rental equipment." I'm sorry I disagree! If I am paying for something it should work properly. She wanted us to pay full price for everything, even though none of the equipment worked properly. We were fine with paying for some of the rentals fees, however to pay for all of it is a disgrace. We couldn't use half of the equipment because it wouldn't work correctly. I give K&K two thumbs down! For the owner to raise her voice and start yelling at me, the customer, who by the way is 39 weeks pregnant, is insane to me. We paid our bill and left, the reason we paid is she said she would report us to the police for theft???? But We didn't steal anything.....???? What kind of threat is that? This company is unprofessional, and operates with terrible business etiquette and manners. Also, when we walked in and was waiting to be helped the owner was on the phone and said " no I'm sorry David I'll have to wait to pay it, I just paid over $7,000 in bills this week and I'm still not done." Sharing your business account information with the entire store and customers is very unprofessional! I am very upset about how this whole transaction took place. I have pictures and videos to show the sander and edger and how neither of them worked properly. I wouldn't recommend using K&K rentals ever! If you want to rent something and want to pay a better price and get better equipment go to Home Depot or A K Rentals in Cullman, worth the drive! Everyone says to support your local community, this is the reason people do not do that! This is the exact reason "mom and pop" businesses are struggling and being liquidated/outsourced every day. I tried to use K&K and support my community, instead I was given ineffective equipment, a giant price tag, and yelled at in the middle of the store in front of everyone. Bottom line K&K is not an establishment I would recommend to anyone.
