I had a package scheduled to be delivered, and said it was out for delivery. Then on the app it was telling someone picked up at postal facility. I never picked it up, and it never got delivered. I think they stole it or they are stealing packages, and putting it as you picked it up or someone. Beware honestly.

I’ve lived a lot of places and this post office is by far the laziest and most dysfunctional one I’ve ever dealt with. She leaves my packages sticking out of my mailbox because it obviously doesn’t fit. I live on a busy road and packages disappear all the time. Why can’t you bring it to me. Also i got an email saying customer requested packages left at post office for pickup. I’ve never requested that. Lazy lazy lazy lazy

I am changing my review from 1 star to 3. The Post office did reach out to me yesterday after my review to explain that they don't hold mail, which I know, and although I appreciate them being courteous and reaching back out, it doesn't change the fact that mailboxes on my road aren't being handled properly and my important mail is always missing. I don't how where the problems are arising (maybe there are vandals in my area and maybe the mail is getting lost before it arrives to this post offices location) but I am grateful that they were proactive in looking into the issue at their level.
The person who drives my route needs to be looked in to. I have had several checks and a credit card some up missing over the last 8 months. I did file an inquiry today with USPS as the last check was a rather large amount. I have also had to replace one mail box and fix the door on my current box several times. Multiple other boxes on my road are in the same condition. This is ridiculous.

I have sent packages over the last 4 years and have used Warrior post office every time. The employees get you in and out quickly. They are so nice and helpful. Thanks for all you do!

Tired of paying extra money for prime and express delivery just for my packages to be delayed for way too long. I ordered a pair of shoes and they said they “ couldn’t access” my massive driveway or property and every time my package goes through here I have issues.

Sick and tired of the delivery person leaving my mail box wide open after delivering my mail. Been doing it for years and I've had to replace the lid twice already. Sick of my mail getting soaking wet every time it rains. Do your job, or quit. There are plenty of people who would be happy to do your job properly. This is in the 35180 area code.

May be the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They dropped a package off that is clearly marked 1 of 2, and left. I called and went through the god awful process to open a case. My local post office finally called me back AFTER they closed and left a message for me to call them back. I call back literally one minute after they leave the voicemail and the automated system says they are closed and disconnects the call. This post office sucks.

Seems at least my postal carrier can't simply pull up my driveway when delivering a box. It's either stuffed in my mailbox or left on the ground beside it for someone to steel.

This t to post is bad about loosing your mail redirecting it to other branches the last time this happened they sent it to Kimberly post office and the also lost my delivery this time they sent it to Gardendale ,B’ham, Tennessee, Indianapolis Indiana now who knows Where. They denied ever receiving it. I can say we have a awesome mail delivery man he goes above and beyond to give us outstanding delivery service

I have had to go up there a lot due to mailing issues but have always encountered nice employees. However, I went in today and was given some of the same responses to the past issues and tried to explain why I was concerned by the responses as I’ve been given them before and it has been a mistake on their part. The black male manager started getting an attitude with me. when I explained I wasn’t trying to be combative, he continued to escalate the situation. Just tried to call up and ask for his name and guess who answered and hung up on me after refusing to give his name? Yeah. I hate it for the people who work with him if he’s that quick to get an attitude.

Poor service. Mail from family members not being received!!! Been waiting for wedding invitation and birthday invitation for two weeks! Has happened before!!!!
