Our mail lady is Melissa she is friendly gets out brings you packages to your door an knocks :) we are thankful she replaced out old mail person due to so much problems :)

They claim that a delivery was attempted but no one was home. I was not only home all day, I was in the front yard and watched the lady put a "sorry we missed you" card in the mailbox and drive away. This happens often, and I have to go pick it up. What is your job exactly? Once, I was out of town for a week and when I returned,they had sent it back already.

Worst post office. Horrible customer service. Always delivers packages to wrong houses constantly. Alice needs to be fired!

There is always one person who screws up an otherwise great workforce, my mail lady has a bad habit of "losing" my mail and scans it before she's even in line of sight , there have been times I don't get any mail for days at a time (just samples in the mail, but I digress)

Isaac and Emily are awesome! However, Alice (our mail carrier) is horrible and incompetent. She delivers our mail and packages to our neighbors, not us. We rarely have packages delivered correctly. In fact, we have packages missing that have never been recovered. Several of our neighbors have videos from their home security cameras of her throwing packages and just being careless. We have all complained about her for the last few years and nothing has been done. If anything, she has gotten worse. She makes the Weaver Post Office look bad. She needs to go.

Our mail lady is terrible...always very late. She use to come around 1:30 to 2:00 now it is late evening like 6:00 to even 7...RIDICULOUS!!!! Sometimes she does not even deliver the mail at all. Neighbor had his flag up for letters to be picked up and she did not even come by at all. Got a notice from Amazon that my stuff was delivered and nothing their. Going to report this today because we are sick if it.

Normally don't have an issue until Saturday. Saturdays are a constant struggle with the delivery person. Either always late, or drives past half the time not delivering mail. About to lose my car because important papers I need arent being delivered on time at all. Will be calling Monday to make a full complaint and report.

Denise and Isaac are kind and considerate. They take the time to help all their customers. I live in Anniston and DRIVE to Weaver for my postal service.

Weaver Post Office is where I go to mail. Denise is helpful and really looks out for her customers. Many of us consider her a friend.
