I would not recommend as a dual agent. I felt once the contract was signed it was all about the buyer. For me my real estate transaction ties for the worst (out of nine)

had crystal show me a house and she didnt even bother to get info on a cheaper bigger house 2 houses down that was closer to what I asked for. Went next door and had to buy the house through them. She had houses on the market for years. My realtor was selling in weeks. Dont go here if you can help it.
