I just worked with Linda Stone to sell my lake house and had such a positive experience. Linda was a great partner throughout the process, very knowledgeable about the local market, hired an amazing photographer to showcase the home and was able to facilitate selling the home at the price we were hoping to get. I actually chose Linda to be my agent when selling our home because she was the seller's agent when I bought the home 8 years ago and I was so impressed with her back then. I remember thinking at the time that if I ever sell, I want Linda to represent me. Fast forward 8 years, I hired her to sell the house and she lived up to my every expectation. I strongly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wedowee area.

My family and I had a great experience with Linda Stone, along with her husband Grady. We were interested in purchasing lakefront property in the Wedowee area, but were not sure exactly what was right for us. Linda and Grady worked very hard to narrow our search and had the patience to work around our schedule. They were able to match us up with our ideal lakehouse and we are very blessed to have found them for our search.
