Susan answered the phone I asked a question she answered and when I asked another question she hung up on me! Good customer service I don’t think so. I guess your only allowed one question per car.

I was in the hospital extended stay, so mother had my address changed to her address now I'm out of hospital had to ho to post office too get my address changed back to my original, mail is delivered everywhere except to my address
