Called brand X first and not Prompt Overhead door. Brand x dropped,door,, bent panels and said door needed to be replaced for $4500.00. Called Prompt . They showed up on time and repaired everything brand x screwed up for less than $350.00. Great service and technician was a true professional. My advice is to call Prompt first.

Very accurate company name! We had a spring break on our older garage door and prompt overhead was available for the next Monday for repair. He came in, very polite and considerate, fixed the spring in less than an hour and at a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've been installing garage doors for a number of years now. I enjoy my job and we have a really high success rate of happy customers and contractors. I'm so proud of our new garage doors. Prompt Overhead Door did a great job. Because the shed was so low I didn't think they would be able to put this type of doors on the shed but Matt and his crew managed to install them and did a great job. They open so smooth and they look great. The price was right too. Now it's up to me to close the rest of the wall in. Instead of a shed, my cars will soon have a detached garage. Thank you Prompt Overhead Doors for helping to make this happen.
