They falsify reasons on record when they simply refuse to deliver packages. They also lose your mail when you complain.

Poor service. Only get mail 3-4 times a week. Can’t deliver packages without issues. Will post tracking incorrect info as to why package not delivered. States driveway blocked one day and my husband was standing in driveway and watched them go by.

Very rude would not let me talk. Tried to take my rights away of freedom of speech. Said they was going to call the cops but it's a public building and they are paid by the people. They sent my package back to sender and didn't give me a chance to come get it.
