Alexis and Matthew just made my day!! They were out of a whiskey that I had my heart set on for the day. Instead of just telling me they were out, Alexis went above and beyond customer service and actually called around stores to find out if they had the liquor in stock FOR ME!! She ended up finding it for me! I was just taken back by the level of kindness displayed. It was something she didn’t have to do, and yes this is over a bottle of liquor I wanted, but the generosity of her time and desire to help literally made my whole day! Thank y’all so much!!!

Wouldn't let me buy because I'm active duty stationed in Alabama with my home of record being a different state. When pointed out the monthly release is available to active duty stationed in AL. They didn't care.
