“Great work! Had my starter for a 64 cadillac rebuilt here after I had it rebuilt in texas. The shop in texas didn't do anything they just put a bandaid on it and charged me for a full rebuild, which was $105!! I called Thomas Starter, gave my symptoms, and he immediately knew the problem. The guy is really knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire motor for significantly cheaper than the last shop I used. The starter is so strong now the motor barely turns over once before it starts up!”

“After receiving an oil changed at another mechanic on Sunday, my oil pressure light came on 10 minutes afterwards. I went back to said mechanic and he basically told me there was nothing he could do to fix it. Well fast forward to yesterday I went to Mark’s since I work right next door. They checked it for me even though they were already busy, and found the solution to my light being on. They worked quick with me and had it ready just in time for me leaving work! I will be using them again for any repairs needed on my vehicle. All of the staff were very polite, respectful, and helpful!!”

“My wife Angie is posting this; I own an older truck, and my ac went out!!! In the south, that just will not do! I stopped by this auto repair shop, hoping that they worked on ac's and at a reasonable rate. I asked him if they did, and he said that they did all the time. I left it the next morning, and by mid-morning, I had air conditioning, and the money was very reasonable for a leak and recharge. Very courteous and FAST!!!”

“I’ve been to a lot of places to get my car serviced, but none have ever come close to the outstanding experience I’ve had with Clayton and the other mechanic with sandy hair, who’s tall (I wish I remembered his name!). These two are absolute stars at their job, and their expertise shines through every time I bring my car in.
From the moment you walk in, Clayton is there with a friendly smile and a reassuring attitude. It’s clear that he knows what he’s doing, and he takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, no matter how little or much you know about cars. Whether it's a routine oil change or something more complicated, I always feel like my car is in good hands.
Then there’s the other mechanic (with the sandy hair and taller build), who is equally as impressive. He’s always calm and collected, even when things get busy. Watching him work, you can see his attention to detail and his ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly and efficiently. He’s approachable and never hesitates to take a moment to answer any questions, even if they seem minor.
What really stands out to me is how these two manage to make every visit a positive experience. They’re not just great at their jobs—they’re great with people. They treat you with respect, listen to your concerns, and genuinely care about ensuring your car is safe and running smoothly. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days.
I can honestly say that because of Clayton and the other mechanic, I never have to worry about my car. From tired brakes to oil changes, they make sure everything is taken care of, and I drive away knowing I’m safe. They’ve set the bar high, and I hope I can bring the same level of dedication and skill to my own job. If I can be even half as good at what I do as they are, I’d be proud.
