After paying off a 5 year loan on a vehicle on time, Cheyenne denied another loan on another vehicle when my engine blew the same week I paid it off. I will never go back to these people EVER again and recommend you do not use them. Because of that, I ended up with another car through someone else, and saved over $10,000. So thank you Cheyenne for telling me no. Now you can go stick your loan where the sun doesn't shine! I'd come by to tell you myself, but I promised myself I would never come into your parking lot again for any reason, so good riddance! Now go screw another loyal customer over- it won't be me! Please feel free to contact me so that I can tell you personally what you can do with yourself! ??

I recently had the opportunity to work with Cheyenne Boswell, Branch Banker at the Wetumpka Branch, concerning unauthorized withdrawals from my account. She treated my money like it was her money and she was able to resolve my issue. I can easily say that was the best banking customer service I'd ever gotten and I say that as an employee of one of BB&T's competitors.

Our experience has been wonderful. My husband makes deposits for the Kingdom Hall every week. We have found the tellers to be kind, sweet and very professional. We really love Lauren when she works the drive-in and since our dog rides with us, she has come to know that Lauren will give her a treat (dog bone) which is so sweet of her. She recognizes Lauren and it makes Belle's day. Anyone that is sweet and kind to us and Belle is special to us. We look forward to many more visits to BB&T. Ron and Debbie
