I never post reviews on the internet whether it be good or bad but just wanted to let everyone know that I purchased a brand new custom Ford F-250 diesel from Collier Ford last year.and they were nothing but professional and courteous. My wife and myself were heading to Gulf Shores for our vacation/work conference when we were involved in a wreck. A guy ran a red light and there was no way I could avoid hitting him. Everyone was ok no injuries but my truck was messed up in the wreck. I was able to drive it to Collier Ford and the owner himself took his time as well as the sales staff to try and find us a rental car. Everyone was closed but the airport and they would not deliver the car so Collier Ford without hesitation unloaded all of our stuff and it was a lot put it in one of their own vehicles and took us to the Montgomery airport. Now this is why I love to buy from family owned businesses! They did not have to do anything but they went out of their way to help us in our time of need. I just wanted everyone to know that this dealership has proved to me that they truly care about their customers. Thank you to the owner and the staff for being there for us when we needed you the most and you have a customer for life here.

I recently had an outstanding experience with my local Ford dealer. When I called about my AC issue, they told me to bring it in first thing in the morning and even offered to have coffee ready for me—just a super nice and friendly touch. True to their word, they jumped on my car as soon as I arrived. The technicians are incredibly skilled and knew exactly what needed to be done. They quickly diagnosed the problem, reflashed the computer, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. To top it off, they billed everything to the warranty, so I didn’t have to pay a dime. It’s clear they really care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

I talked to and texted 7 different Ford dealerships during this purchase. The ONLY 8’ bed, supercrew, 4x4 and stx package was at Collier. The only truck like this in Alabama! I walked out of one dealership, lied to by another, but was treated with respect and honesty at Collier Ford. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism.
