Never again will i wast my time there ! Rude disrespectful lady that is staff or part owner in the downtown gym.Broke down machines and over all a bad environment on top of all that they overdrew my bank account on a different date than what we agreed on !

Decent gym. Not much to choose from in Wetumpka. Their recently acquired 231 location is nice as far as a gym goes. The staff there(231) seems much more ‘happy.’ The owner, however, only speaks to certain members and won’t give others the time of day, except a payment reminder.Pros: equipment is ‘old school’, fairly well maintained, and clean.Cons: staff. Very cold and not welcoming at all. Most gyms greet and thank their paying members, not here. Wetumpka is a very tight knit community-so I’d expect more from a local business owner especially during these times.

I love Creed gym. It is a gym for EVERYONE. I am the Trainer at the Downtown location. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Wetumpka area. Cindy truly cares for her members, and it shows in the care of the gym, and how the members are treated!

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I have read other reviews with same problem and they were told they should have gotten an appointment. How are you suppose to do that when no one will talk to you. Don’t think you care
