I paid for prescription online and delivery fees also. The delivery didn't happen so I called to try and get more information
The customer service representative was rude and disrespectful
She didn't know the phone was still connected and zi heat her laughing about it with her co workers
Customer service is just that's service for the customer. Unprofessional service was what I experienced.

Consistently the worst customer service experience regardless of who is working the pharmacy. Have got prescriptions filled here for years but the last few months there’s always some type of issue or error from the staff. Won’t be going be going back ever again.

In drive thur line behind another car. Employee looked at my car and pulled curtian. CLOSED! Entered store watch them close all opening. Same treatment. No problem. You don't want my business, ok. Use to moving on after decades in service protecting the sort like you.

Only giving this review because I hate that CVS at ANY LOCATION won't pick up the phone anymore when you have immediate questions and concerns about your prescriptions. Especially when you're fixing to run low and need to talk to someone immediately.

I love the staff here and over the last 12 years have never had a bad experience with customer service or Pharmacy. Every time I am checked out with courtesy, patience, and a smile. I often get helpful assistance with coupons and rewards as well as insight on their sales.I love my local CVS.

Always been a great experience using their pharmacy, never had any issues, besides one time the line was back up at the pharmacy drive thru, but that really isn’t an issue. Overall, will always go here. 👍🏼
