This dollar general at Kildee drive has the rudest employees ever!! I rung the bell for service like the sign stated and the manager (with orange hair) & her employee kept talking for another 5 minutes while I waited in line. Once she came to the register she couldn’t speak to me and then stated that I didn’t have to hit the bell again because she heard me the first time I rung it almost a complete 10 minutes prior. They are so rude and unhappy about serving you as a customer here at this location. This is really awful because they are the closest store to my house when I need something.

We stopped to take a break, but I was able to find water bottle holders at a great price! Now I'm not getting drenched when I drink my water!!

This is the only DG in Wetumpka that opens at 8am. Why do they open so late? Other stores open at 7am and are much more convenient to stop at on your way to work or school!!!
They need to open at 7am like the other DG's!!!

The cashier/ manager was very standoffish, rude, and generally not helpful . I haven't been happy with this store for a while now , but occasionally go here for convenience because of the location , but today might have been the last straw

This store occasionally has employees that seem to enjoy their work. Most of the time they are no where to be found and/or dislike the customers. Closing time is 9pm. On my last visit they shut down the registers at 8:50 (maybe before), but the lights were on and the doors unlocked. If they can’t do business then they should close the doors and not give the illusion of being a functional store.

I don't know where they got this employee from her name is Carol and she is your most customer-friendly person I have ever met in my entire life after working 20 years in banking and majority of that and customer service that's what brings your customers back kudos to Carol at Dollar General in Walsboro
