Great location that's near to our home. The young lady who works in the office is very friendly and helpful. We have moved up the size of our space three times and she was able to make it hassle free. I know some storage facilities are going all digital but it is nice being able to talk to a real person when I have a question.

Access is great. We never had any problems with security as some have said in prior reviews. 3 years with no incidents. Kandace is the friendliest up-front staff you could ask for. We will use them again when we need the extra space.

Great place to put your stuff if you want it stolen.
Unit was broken into, all the expense items stolen.
Kandace the so called Manager sends an email, stating it not their responsibility because the lock is missing. (Well yeah, they cut it off to break in) Amazing the video surveillance they brag about to get your business, shows nothing? (After she spends some time with it)
The only concern is to let the customer know that you can't hold them responsible.

Unit was robbed. Kandace said it’s not her responsibility to tell you when locks are missing. Or do basic security checks to help keep an eye on things when you are not there.
