“I bought a 2014 Buick Enclave online they wanted me to sign off on the paperwork with the finance company. Only to find out after I made it from a hard day's work on Friday I went and picked the vehicle up around 6:30 or 6:45 drove it from their lot in Schillingers Rd and airport Blvd to my house at Cody Rd and airport Blvd and noticed it was making a loud bumping noise and the steering wheel was shaking really bad. I Took a video of it while my other half was driving it that Saturday morning for test drive to see how it was going to do on the interstate I drive everyday from Mobile to Spanish Fort for work. I didn't need some I can't trust. So I took it back for those issues and the cruise control doesn't work. They called and said it was ready for pick-up and I drove it home they balanced the tires and the bumping noise is still there. And no only that but the Carfax I bought says and plan as day that they worked the front struts. Well needless to if they called that fixed I definitely would not recommend them to do anymore work on my vehicle. So now after having if for a little 3 days I have to pay to have new struts put on. So I don't recommend this place at it was my first time buying from there and my last. I work to many ours a day and to far from my home and their shop to run back there every time. So that's it! Just please read the reviews before you buy anything from here. Trust no one there!

I have to do this to make myself feel better and to let everyone know that I have to apologize to Mr. Ethan Hunt and his entire staff. They did fix my vehicle the cruise control still doesn't work. But I can love with that. But a special thank to Mr. Ethan Hunt (owner) Tracie (sales) Dusty (accounting) and Tammy (service Dept) you really made my car buying easier.
