“I like my napa auto parts. Gordon is always helpful and if he doesn't have what I need and they have an awful lot for such a all store. If the store doesn't have it Gordon is glad to order it. I would definitely suggest doing business here at Childersburg NAPA. THESE aren't cheap Chinese parts.. remanufactured life time warranty stuff. These are Good Name Brand manufacturing parts and supplies. I highly recommend this NAPA Store.”

“The new manager is everything I met her at another auto zone because I had given up on the CHILDERSBURG location while talking she informed me she was going to be working there soon when I tell ya she have the very best customer service i could ask for I think my son and I had to come in like 3 times today and and I have to say both of the women were beyond helpful and nice I was in a horrible mood and I went to car so my son could handle things but nope this woman comes out side and she doesn’t even realize how she help me turn my attitude around she was very polite she said even if u have to go somewhere else here is what your going to be looking for she had gotten all the information I needed she could have just sent it out by my son or just let me figure it out on my own but she didn’t and I appreciate that I wish I remembered her name I think she is the store manager but thanks for listening and giving good vibes I needed that ❤️”

“My husband called earlier this week for particular tires and they assured him they had four. We went up there today and although their system said there were four the workers could not find them immediately. The two ladies on staff (who were near the end of their shift) did not stop looking until they found it. It ended up taking them about fifteen minutes and required them to climb up and down the ladder several times. They even got the young men who were working in the shop to help and they were just as helpful. It was some of the best customer service we have received in a long time. They also had excellent attitudes the whole time which was much appreciated. We will be back here for our car service needs.”
