Terrible to deal with, got sent out to work in a rural area, brought stuff to be shipped 4 days prior to me leaving, plane couldn't fly for the next 7 days due to weather I completely understand. But when i drop off 100s of dollars in food in yeti coolers to be shipped and you guys charge me for it to be frozen an priority and when it gets here was never frozen and all ruined that's a tad much. Wouldn't ship toilet paper with these people terrible customer service. They hang up on you when you call to ask about when a flight is coming and they can't do simple tasks. Go anywhere but here ✌?

Shipped my Great Dane from anchorage to dutch. No one could tell me when the plane would leave or arrive, phone numbers didn’t work, dispatch on drop off day didn’t answer. Finally got a hold of someone in dutch and found out my dog was on a plane that stopped in sand point before dutch. My dog was in a kennel for over 8 hours (direct flights are 3.5 hours usually), no water, no heat, left on the tarmac waiting for the rest of the plane to be unloaded. The most precious LIVING thing in the world was 1000000% treated like cargo and I wish I had a different way to fly her back when she needs to get back off island. So disappointed. What an absolute NIGHTMARE. And it was $650 ? Stop shipping animals if you can’t treat them like living things.

I have only shipped with ACE Air cargo twice. Once in 2021 and currently in 2022.While I had a bit of a problem with the Manager at the receiving end, the Manager quickly went out of his way to deliver the cargo (2021)Recently, I had 3 boxes shipped out and only 2 of the boxes made it to their destination. I have made multiple calls to all ports. The Managers at the Dillingham office and Petersburg, the receiving end, have been very helpful and gone out of their way to locate the third box.I placed a call to the Anchorage office, Cargo, and while on the phone with a customer service agent, I can hear talk about a charter of #2000 lbs.?Conversation between the two other agents was not nice, a lot of swearing? My hope is that the anchorage cargo have a decent Manager on-site at all times. ? I am filing a lost claim form.The tracking of my shipment showed two made it to Petersburg, with the third one still in Anchorage, but they cannot find the box.?I called the Ketchikan port as well to check if they "accidentally" received it and failed to send it on. ? I need Management to call me.?

Too many workers having conversations that have nothing to do with work! While u wait in line! Actually I was the only one in line and it still took 4 ladies a while to acknowledge me! They just talk about non work issues! I don't think they would like that if they owned the company!! I definitely did not get a customer friendly environment! And far from professional!! Employees should save their conversations for a different time, not when you have a customer or customers in front of you!

I’ve had claims filed for lost freight for 10 months and keep getting the run around. My receipts have been submitted 3 times and now they won’t return calls or Emails. MY BUSINESS IS GOING ELSEWHERE AND WILL AVOID ACE AT ALL COSTS. Gong Show!

WTH? My friend sent me there to forward a package to Kodiak. Hope it gets there! After waiting a few minutes for the counter rep to finish her TikTok viewing ( she had to be nudged by one of the 4 others who were behind the counter not helping) I gave the rep the a business card with the name, address and phone number. “Dutch Harbor?” No KODIAK. “Sand Point?” NO, KODIAK. When she gave me the ticket, I mentioned the name was misspelled and the phone number was incorrect. Her answer was, “Well you said Kodiak and it’s going to Kodiak”.I just had to walk away. Called my buddy to tell him to call and fix it. But only after asking why the F@$k he would use such an unprofessional service for his business.

Not a great company to send freight through. If you can find an alternative, do so. Personally, I would never ship freight through these guys

Short version: save yourself the trouble and don't use ACE Air Cargo. use Alaska Airlines Goldstreak, Lake & Peninsula Air, Everts Air Cargo...anyone but these schlockers.Long version: Human Resources (HR) Voicemail full. Airway Bill number is useless for tracking on their website. Despite paying for priority (1-3 days) it took a week for the item to get shipped. Zero notification or warnings or even general knowledge about weather conditions influencing cargo shipments. The receiving party of the item also reached out to ACE (hardly appropriate name) and was spoken to rudely - as if working with a customer is but an inconvenience. I witnessed sexual harassment at the pay booth. Again, HR voicemail completely full. If I can get the FAA to audit this company I will. Surely there are corners cut regarding regulations if a business is allowed to be conducted so poorly.

If I could leave -100 star review I would. They have lost several packages of my clients and when I call to locate cargo they don't have it and I leave a number for them to call me once they have located it. They never do I always have to call and all of a sudden they have it but now it is too late. A lot of my clients use them to ship out packages and I now advise them to avoid using them at all cost if they can. Sadly some places only have ACE. and well guess what they always lose their packages. Get better communication or better staff or a better manager cause you are wasting other peoples times.
