Just the best place. Everybody is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They usually have what I need without having to walk a mile in the Home Depot or Lowe’s, and there’s way better customer service.

So when you call them it's $95 and when you pay if they don't have the part and when you already paid and they had to get to Port then you going to get you going to get charged again that didn't make sense to me at all when I already paid

Brian was great both times (diagnosis, then part-install) he came to address our dishwasher problem! He was polite and friendly, came within the specified window, worked quickly, and explained our machine's problem. We would recommend and work with Ace Appliance again. My only minor critique is that the office could have given us a call when our part arrived. I called to check about it, and it had. Kind of a funky place. A bit of an appliance graveyard inside, but more often than not they will have your part. I preferred Harold's Appliance, but recently they stopped selling parts retail.

The gentleman was very nice, came in and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 35 minutes. He did not charge a arm and leg compared to Reliance who told me they would charge $294 just to show up and look at my dishwasher. I refer to Ace appliances.Service: Dishwasher repair
