I was on hold for over an hour with ACS, before the automated phone system, said that I had called after hours on a thursday at 1:18pm. then I was disconnected, after 2 more attempts I was just told by the automated system that I had called after hours at 1:30pm in the afternoon and said to call during normal hours.
I have called to get support on being charged for 2500mbps and only being able to get 1000mbps cause they have no plumes that would give me 2500mbps.
when some one, human finally answered, I was told I'd be transferred to fiber optics support, I was again disconnected even after being told they had direct transfer option and verified a call back number, I'm still waiting on a call back one week later after calling!
I would will be going with GCI communications for my future internet needs.

Payed for their service and could not get it working. Asked for a cancelation and refund multiple times and they have still taken 210$ from me with no service provided. Pay the extra money and go with GCI

Dealing with these people is a disastrous! The people who work there are genuinely good people. The problem with this company is a Management issue. You get nothing but one phone tree after another. Even the employees are disgruntled, and rightly so. I have worked in the Telecommunications industry for 50 years, and I have not seen a worse service anywhere. Just getting the service installed was a nightmare. It used to be that ACs was a great company . Right after my new service was installed, it went down two days later. Then, I finally got them to fix that issue
Which was right in their building!! It just took four days for that to get fixed. Now it’s out again and it’s been three weeks.I got ahold of tech support finally, to be told he would open a ticket on the issue, which took 15 minutes. He then said he would send it to the next level! He said if they can’t fix it, they will send it to another level, and another after that. He said it could take FIVE days to fix potentially!!! I’m tired of typing but if at all possible, find another service provider until their management learns to manage!!!!
8/20/224—Internet is out again, only been installed three months ago. Been out for 3 (Three Weeks).

I would leave zero starts if possible. We had been customers for over 19 years. We submitted a support ticket on July 13 for no dial tone. The ticked was closed without resolution or contact. We resubmitted on July 25. By Aug 10 there was still no contact or resolution. The only method of contact was chat, and all we got was an excuse they they were short staffed and getting to support tickets as quickly as possible. 28 days with no phone service and no contact. Hours are terrible. Internet sucks. Everything is slow. Every call is ignored. No loyalty at all.

Unbelievable - you don't even get to talk to somebody, when u call any of the phone#s they have listed everywhere all say from beginning it's an automated system you will not talk to an actual person - I'm so pissed I had to live chat to get a new router and have them mail it, ok it came after 2 days and now it doesn't work and still nobody answers phones - so I tried live chat again and it says they're only chat from 8am to 4pm - so screwed up - think about it's a phone company and they can't even pick up there own phones, it also sucks that up here we don't have many internet providers so it ACS or Gci - pisses me off seriously. I recommend going to Gci and not ACS they at least pick up the phone. I had to pick 1 star I would've picked none for how terrible ACS is now after they sold ou. Don't choose ACS. I'm not sure what I do now with internet not working and them not answering phones, can't even go to there office on telephone ave because it says not an open lobby. I give minus 10 stars

Customer service is horrible. First I gave them an install date and they made it for 3 weeks before I even moved in. I can only get tech help Mon-Fri. Internet will only run 2 devices at a time. Do not recommend the headache.

I've tried to cancel my service because I moved. I've gotten billed twice now. There is no way to delete or remove my card information from my account, without putting a new one on there. I have yet to speak to an actual human about this. Their automated options don't work.

I have been without internet for almost 2 weeks without an update. Real people are impossible to get in contact with and service overall is piss poor

Great fiber Internet when you get it but if you ever have a problem it is a big pain in the butt to get them to do anything. They are on two different systems that do not talk to each other and they are very slow to fix any issue you have. The only time you can get in touch with them is if you act like you want new service.

In the past 5 months my wifi has gone out twice. The first time, I went a month without it. Working from home, I had to buy hotspot. Now its gone out again. The field techs got my ticket on 5/15 and my wifi is still off. It works fine when it is working. But getting someone to actually work on it..... Thats the issue. There departments are not very great with communication. Then they say the same thing. That they will expedite the ticket and it should be worked on within the week. But can't give me a time estimation when it will be done. This needs improvement.

Don’t waste your time with this company. It takes about 45mins to get a hold of somebody. Internet constantly drops and their staff is rude. Not professional. Save yourself the hassle just get GCI. Those guy maybe expensive but they will pick up and have techs troubleshoot for you

We had an appointment for installation and no one showed up. You have to be home waiting for the entire day without any idea when a technician might arrive if at all. When you address it with customer service they are unable to communicate with the staff working in the field to get answers. The fault comes from the top. I am wondering how upper management keeps their jobs. You can see by the reviews that they have been a poorly run company for a long while.
