Had a new baby and couldn't make class so I could help my wife with our other 3 boys and this company was not willing to refund the remainder of the classes or give us a credit or anything. Answered my first email and ignored the others.I also run a snow removal company and we got 2 winter storms that also had us scrambling to get all the work done, again no understanding at all.Also no plan for their dog training classes, they pretty much just wing it and it shows.

I love this place. There are options for every type of dog because they understand our pets are as diverse as people! The facility is clean, the layout is well planned and the instructors are kind and knowledgeable.

We have done 3 courses, emailed staff, and honestly been the odd dog at times. Not once do i believe we had any bad experience. Owner and staff have all been amazing, willing to changes courses, transfer bills to other courses, pretty much anything i could think of and more. All in pursuit of the dog's best interests.I'd say i would go back, but we're in at least class 3... So the proof is in the pudding?Do keep in mind the class sizes are small, no PetSmart sort of mobbing going on!

Love everything about this place — the first-class instructors, the wide range of relevant classes no matter your interest and the consistency of excellence. Took my first class here almost 15 years ago, my most recent in 2020 during a pandemic and a dozen in between. I’ve never been disappointed.

Great space and environment to train dogs! Even with covid restrictions. Little hot in the room but that's minor.

I came back to change my rating. The owner reached out to me and offered a different class or one on one instruction. She was very gracious. You don't see that kind of business ethics much anymore. 5 stars for the great customer care.

Learned somthings but felt we didnt get much 1on1 training to help deal with problems with our pup prolly cause of class size.
