I love my ebike and ride it everywhere from spring to fall. I am partially grateful to have bought it from AK Ebike. After several years of riding with only minor trouble, something went seriously wonky (my technical term). It took time but they were tenacious in figuring out the problem, then did it all under warranty. That impressed me greatly. Thank you.

If you’re going to anchorage Alaska , you have to rent a eBike and hit the trails out to Kincaid park . It’s a must to while you’re here. The best and only place to rent from in my opinion is Alaskan E-bikes on Spanard Rd . They have the best people there , they are so nice . They always put you on the right bike , and they have 100s to choose from . They great people that love to have fun and ride. If you don’t stop in there on your travels then your truly missing out on something special…..Thanks BO

This shop was amazing from the start! Very informative when I made my first inquiry call and all of the staff were so helpful helping us get set up. We spent our last day in Anchorage riding the coastal trail; everyone had a blast and we saw some wildlife!

Alaska E-Bike store was fantastic! Rented an e-bike on June 8, 2023 and it was terrific!! They took the time to select the proper bike, adjust the seat, provide instructions and give me several practice rides!!! This was my first time on an e-bike and it was great. The trails around Anchorage are fabulous and riding an e-bike made it easy to go 20+ miles!
Highly recommend the Alaska E-Bike store on Spenard Avenue!! They're great!!!

My daughter and I rented ebikes the day we arrived in Anchorage and rode the Tony Knowles trail to the end and back. It was cold and windy and a bit rainy but super fun! It's a gorgeous trail. The bikes were very good quality (way better than most other rental e bikes I've tried) and the staff were great about making sure we had the info we needed to get to the trail (even guided us there). Highly recommend.

Bikes were great! The guide was 18. Cute and sweet but not mature enough with life experiences. The follow up guide was even younger - 15. The guide never ever looked bike to see if anyone was following or not. More than half our group kept going and decided to stop knowing we could not be that far ahead. The follow up guide didn’t know what to do or where to go.

Spark into the future! The only shop in Alaska that offers sales, service, and repair of electric pedal assist bikes. And service makes all the difference. The friendly small business atmosphere has no pressure and no elite attitude. It's just a cozy place for discovery. They carry tested brands with factory & warranty support. The staff answered questions, educated me, gave me a helmet & a free test ride, and made sure I felt completely confident before I made my decision. I tested 3 different bikes and chose a dedicated commuter. I got a service contract with 2 free checkups a year because i ride every day, and maintenance saves money on repairs.I haven't enjoyed the drive to work in 15 years, until now. No stoplights on the bike trail, just the rush of the wind and the sound of my bell as i approach and pass...

My family and I took the three hour e bike tour. It was awesome. We saw a moose, bikes along the ocean, learned about anchorage and had a great time.
