placed on hold multiple times and had a different person answer the on hold call 3xs all to explain over and over again what I was looking for then to be placed on hold again. finally the gentleman that answered and said "what do you want to know ?" I tried explaining for the 4th time and he couldn't comprehend what I was explaining regarding some simple fuel drums. AIH continues to disappoint and customer service is complete garbage. time to find somewhere else to shop
