I pay monthly for their program, I wait over 20 minutes in line and their wash sprays my car with water once and ends the wash. I ask to get to the front to redo my wash, they can't do that. I ask to have my monthly fee compensated, they can't do that either. I'm told my only option is to wait in line now wich is 4 cars deep. Not the first time I've had issues either, frequently their wash will run out of soap but still have their bays open all locations around Anchorage.

Good location, but slow. Usually busy. A few times the person in front went slowly through the dryer, which cut my wash very short and basically wasted my money. Plan on waiting at least 30 minutes in line.

The guys here were super helpful. We had a rental with a roof rack and couldn’t fit through the 7’ clearance, but they got us a bucket of water and a normal hose and we got the van cleaned up enough to return it

I use the everwash up-to-daily-wash program; kind of like the gym, it encourages me to go regularly and the results are good!

Great customer service when there is an issue. Just have to find your preferred location. Each one has its quarks. I find the Old Seward just past O'Malley is the best. Always has the best soap and most powerful water jets to clean with

I love that Laser Wash has “satisfaction guaranteed” so when I notice the wash didn’t clean everything off, I just loop back around & a employee swipes their card for me to go through the wash again until I’m satisfied. I came close to “closing” today & Janelle allowed me to quickly scrub my rims before she left for the night.

Great car wash with a clean car guarantee. Pete at the O’Malley and old Seward location is super kind and helpful.

Keith helped me when the machine wouldn’t take my cash as I was cash paying. Apparently some of the machines are finicky. He was able to help me and was very nice and professional. Great service and love the vacuums.

This specific location at old Seward always busy, of course for a reason. Customer service great. And I would choose this location over all others again and again

Have had the wash pass membership for years. Last month got a notice that our grandfathered program was to end and the far more expensive EverWash was to replace it. Wash pass went from $50 for two cars to almost $80. Sorry way to treat long time customers, and for 60% more the cars still mostly come out dirty.

Not worth it- DO NOT PREPAID for memberships! It won’t work 50% of the time (technical issues) and guess when it especially won’t work - when roads are super dirty and when you need it the most. So after waiting for half an hour in line you would just give up and pay out of your pocket additional money anyway just to have your car barely washed. Did it so many times; after I realized what are they doing just cancelled my memebership. And I have been a member for couple years already.P.S. Pink elephant car wash is wayy better choice in Anchorage!Alaska Laser Wash (Owner)2 hours agoIvana, we have over 8,000 members on the monthly wash program and no one else is having the same problems you are experiencing. I know that one location today had an electrical issue, but the Everwash app has been reliable and the number of re-washes due to bad washes is less than 1%. I have to wonder if you are not affiliated with Pink Elephant. They do an okay wash and if you don't come clean they will wipe the dirt off when you are leaving so you don't know it. We are sorry to see you go.Response to your answer:If you take your time and press on “lowest reviews” on all locations you have, you will see people repeatedly having same issues. No, I’m not the only one. I wish I read everything before signing up but instead of it came to this point for me to do so. And no, I have no affiliations with any car wash in town, but I was recommended by many of my friends and coworkers to that car wash, until I tried it month ago or so and liked it. I still didn’t want to switch over for the price increase comparing to yours.I don’t think it has to do anything with the app neither since after 15 m wait time on the phone call you answered and still couldn’t start wash neither. 30 other cars that were coming and turning around since they couldn’t use car wash while I waited patiently I believe counts in someone else having troubles but me. Last 4 times in a row I attempted to use your wash it didn’t work, and that’s in time of 2 months. Last time lane was open without blocker on it or “X” sign - I scanned it, it wouldn’t start neither it would scan me other lane for purpose of “24h”.Now, after all the time and troubles I’ve had with you, plus your response that didn’t try to resolve anything but to question credibility of my review, I am so very excited to pay more elsewhere. If anything is true what are you saying, over there at least there’ll be someone to wipe the dirt off for me, I won’t have to do it myself like most of the time I do need to at your place. Also try to listen more to your consumers it might work out better next time

Laser Car Wash on Old Seward highway has many bays and is my favorite place to get my car washed. Because of the many bays, there's hardly ever a wait.Knowing full well that multiple signs say nothing should extend past your bumper... I still visit about once a week, with a trailer hitch on the back and a brush guard light combo on the front. Normally, everything is fine and I get a beautiful wash. Perfect for allowing my hatch to freeze close the next day, lol. There was one late night, maybe I got in at a funny angle, maybe I rolled slightly after the stop, I don't know. The rinse and pressure wash went fine, the arm swung two full circuits of my little SUV, then came time to suds up. For whatever reason, the arm made contact with the brush guard and light combo on the front of my bumper. It missed it twice before. I saw the arm lean from its normal upright position, then it went back "home." My car was half covered in soap. The exit door opened and the fans started, the lights prompted me to exit. The fans blew off some of the soap but did not do great, they are designed to blow off clean water.I was worried that I had just thrown away $23 on a wash that ended up getting soap on half my car and then kicked me out. It turns out that I was not charged for this wash. I was so relieved. Furthermore, there was no damage to the light assembly on my bumper. I was quite impressed with the machine's ability to realize when to stop.My only complaint is that after that happened, I was lost. I didn't know if I was going to get refunded, if I had to come back and remove my light, I didn't know. The soap still left on my car was problematic, there was no way of rinsing it off before I left. I'm not sure how often this sort of thing happens where a wash does not complete. But if it's a regular occurrence, it would be nice to have signage somewhere explaining what to do and at least a rudimentary way of rising a car while the wash is running. An attendant is not always there even though the wash operates. For those that don't know, this wash is open well into the night on automatic and without vacuums, which is one of the great features for me.All in all, I've had many great experiences and will continue to have more. The one non-ideal situation I had was noteworthy yet still worked out in the end.

I have gone to this location twice. I paid for the highest level wash. After the first wash I noticed the panels of my truck had not come clean. I figured it was road grime. I gave the wash another shot a few weeks later and again, dirty truck sides. I have taken the truck home and tried to wash a few areas. Unfortunately it appears the wash didn't clean the truck, then laid a layer of wax on top of the dirt. I will have to take the truck for a professional buffing to remove this layer of wax to get down to the dirt and clean the truck. This is a brand new truck and I am disgusted that I have no recourse. These companies have you taking the risk with no recourse for issues and there is clearly no reason to have the option to pay for a premium service if the base layer of dirt isn't cleaned adequately. I give this zero stars.
