My car came out of the bay still dirty, they immediately offered me a free re-washer or voucher. Car came out spotless the second time. Didn't expect such great commitment. Good job guys!

Car wash left lots of blue soap all over the truck, didn't get rinsed off all the way. Noticed the satisfaction guaranteed posted on the door with a phone number, Called and left a message but never got a call back. Spent $20 for the truck to look worse than it did before the wash.::EDIT::Due to the experience above I tried out the car wash at Holiday. I highly recommend it. Less expensive, newer technology, the receipt printer works, and there are staff on site 24/7.

This car wash has problems. It stopped and kicked me out with soap all over my car. I called and texted the number to get my money back during the working hours and nobody responded. Lost my $25 fee and will not be going back here.Edit: finally got a hold of someone and they refunded my money. Changed my stars to reflect that effort.

That laser wash sucks. I just went to go get a car wash and it was waterless and nobody’s there so I couldn’t get my money back. I have I have soap everywhere in my car and rainbow color soap. Worst car wash ever.

Wash was decent. Vacuums are awful. No power and the end pieces come off.

Got the $25 wash for my INCREDIBLY dirty car. Never had this issue before (because I've never used a "touchless" car wash with this vehicle), but you have to scrub under the "lip" on the rear window otherwise the jets can't reach it. When I showed him the big, muddy stripe on my window the man working there was incredibly polite, friendly and understanding. He didn't make me feel like the car wash amateur I surely am. He not only gave me another wash but saved my (poorly chosen) shoes by scrubbing the back window himself. Such a great service. Car looked good, too. Will return.

A bit slow, but pretty decent clean even with basic wash. $12 for basic seems expensive.Vacuums work well enough.

Tudor and old seward highways ones are the worse ones. We have a monthly subscription and it they never clean the vehicle properly.

This car wash has completely gone down hill. Just went for a wash today and the bay door wouldn't close while the person in front of me was getting their car washed so I got totally sprayed down while trying to use their poor functioning card reader. The card reader ended up charging me TWICE after having to use 2 cards to get the busted thing to read. Then I tried to use their vacuums and only 2 were working. Charged twice and didn't even get to vacuum my car! Won't be going back after I get my refund!

This company was great and made an effort to ensure customer satisfaction. An employee noticed our truck may not have been cleaned as it should have been, and offered us a free wash to ensure satisfaction. This gentlemen, with the Toyota supra, then helped us scrub the truck and was very genuine with his work. Would recommend this place to anyone just because of the great customer service!Services: Vacuuming

Get the basic wash. Not all the vacuum stations were working. One lane was out of order when I went but the wait wasn't too bad. Use the bucket to scrub tires before you head in ?. Oh be careful with the dryer at the end, it's kinda weak I guess unless you go terribly slow. Bring microfiber towels for your ride. Free vacuum, 5 minutes but I swear it was longer than that.

Beware of scammers or whatever you want to call it. The Laser Wash itself is okay, but when you go there during slow hours, and you see someone back out of a line after using their pass, just go to a different line. Chances are they have the cheapest pass, and try to do that so you unexpectedly use your more expensive pass. Once the car in the wash is done, now it's your turn, and you notice something is not right because the underbody wash didn't come on, and then the car that back out to let you go first pull up behind you forcing you to move forward and forfeit your more expensive pass. Happen to me today unfortunately.Edit- I changed this location to a 5 stars just because the owner was being very respectful to me. ? I appreciate the owner kindness.I will continue to use this location, and will be on the look out this time in case someone try to put this stunt again. I will report it to attendant this time around.

I have the monthly program and I would rate the Laser Wash on Old Seward and Tudor a paltry two stars. I would say I get a complete car wash maybe 1/3 of the time. Some days it doesn't wax, most days it doesn't rinse my pickup completely and the wind machine only fully dries my truck 1/4 of the time. One day I pointed out to the attendant that it didn't do the wax and he said 'well that's ok, it really doesn't do anything anyway.' In the past when it malfunctioned and I called the office number they have never returned any of my four calls. But it's cheap enough and the location is convenient. I don't give them one star star because I can say that if an attendant is actually there and I have any issues they are happy to let me run through again-- but this usually means I have to wait in line again.

I purchased a monthly Wash Pass that is supposed to be used at all Alaska Laser Wash locations. When I pulled up to this Wash, none of the kiosks had QR codes attached for me to scan and use my membership. It’s definitely frustrating that the monthly pass is advertised as being useable at all locations but clearly is not.
