I had a complex front end issue going on with my 97 F250 HD Diesel 4x4 truck that had a previous straight axle conversion done on it years ago. I called Alaska Spring and they patiently listened to my concern over the phone and recommended I stop by for a quick visual. The owner, John, came out onto an icy wet parking lot with a flashlight and inspected my front axle. He was able to get me booked into the shop for a more thorough inspection and was able to get me quickly and properly repaired and back on the road. Their knowledge level is top-tier, and the entire staff and experience was also top-tier. I will be recommending Alaska Spring to all I know and will be using them again for any future repairs needs. Super helpful! Went way out of their way to help me find the right springs to take care of the sag in my jeep Wrangler, with a heavy Overlanding load! Couldn’t ask for a friendlier or more helpful group.

These guys rock. They are very knowledgeable, have great customer service, and provided a quick turnaround.
I brought my short bus conversion in for a suspected suspension issue and they were quick to diagnose, took the time to show me what was failing in the bay, and fixed it in no time. I had 2 mechanics look at the issue previously and they failed to fix the actual problem. Definitely recommend them.

Took truck here after receiving high estimate from Tudor Auto. Alaska Spring found additional work that needed to be done, and even so was still cheaper than Tudor.

Awesome guys! They truly know their business. They fixed my broken spring on an old truck and recommended some other repairs to do later, that I didn't know I needed. They got me in and repaired everything within their time and cost estimate 100%. You can't ask for more from a busines. Mike and his team are top-notch.
