Absolutely horrible!! I recently found out they make fun of their customers BEHIND THEIR BACKS!! And how they are to their own employees?? It will remind you of something out of a Chinese sweat shop!! Buyer BEWARE!! ISN'T THIS SUPPOSED TO BE AMERICA??? Well, YOU WERE WARNED!! Steer clear of here!! Because if they screw up your order (and they will) it hey are NOT going to fix it!! THEY WILL RIDICULE YOU!! Save your hard earned money and go to Custom Canvas!! And no!! I do NOT work there!!

Really unfortunate experience. Very much wanted to like this company and gave them tons of chances. Ordered a set of window covers from them and was given a timeline of 4-6 weeks. Called them 6 weeks later, no response. Called a week after that, and was told it would be looked into. Emailed two further times looking for the window covers and was told they were looking into it again. Finally gave up and ordered a set from another company. Waste of time.

I had put in an order to get some covers for some pieces of equipment made. I've been calling him often on for two weeks to find out the status of my covers and I just got a quote today to start working on them I'm very disappointed and will not use them

Excellent tents that you pay a premium for and offer high performance Vapex breathable material construction. Single season use though as the fly`s have low tech butted seams and leak even if you seam seal them. The Vapex tent body will stop water from dripping on you though. Make sure to order screen kits as vent tubes are not screened and bugs will get in if used in warmer applications. Would have given 5 stars but I have had poor customer service repeatedly from Lisa Stonefish at Alaska Tent. She takes a week to reply to emails (if ever) and gets attitude with you if you call her on her slow email response. The recent Jim Shockey promo of a $100 credit applied to accessories was great till I had to phone long distance twice from Canada as nobody applied the discount to my credit card as per their promo. For $3500 to $5000 can for a tent customers deserve better customer service. Luke was great when I called but Lisa`s poor customer service level does not match the tent quality at all.

Not cheap (what is...?), yet worth every penny. We had AT&T make several customized items over the years, and have always been super pleased. Great folks on the phone when you call, eager to assist. Craftsmanship is most excellent. 10 stars!
