I’ve tried other banks before in my life. I’m 55 and will be 56 in May and Alaska USA/Global has never failed me like the other banks. This is the best bank ever. Keep up the good work.

Starting at 1:10 pm on a Friday, I waited 24 minutes and 27 seconds in line to see a teller. I’ve been with the bank more than 20 years under AlaskaUSA. Since becoming GlobalFCU, they seem to be understaffed. Additionally, they appear to have adopted new procedures and practices are no longer efficient. I would not recommend them anymore.

Greeting was in a professional level, helped with what I needed. This was back when I started & set up my account. Although it would help a whole bunch if you put up one or two ATMs in remote villages in the northern part of Alaska. Such as Atqasuk, Point Lay & Nuiqsut.

Currently in line and I have been waiting 15 minutes. Only 3 tellers open out of 7. I don’t have to go in person often but it shouldn’t be a 1/2 hour endeavor. Teller was nice and efficient.

They arbitrarily institute nonsense policies for no justifiable reason. Why? Ever heard of customer service? Was there something different about the way I looked today than the last time I walked through the door? I won’t be walking through the door ever again. The line is always 8 people deep. The tellers are slow and unhappy. Ain’t nobody happy at this bank.

Alaska USA is awesome; been w them for over 4 decades. They are making a detour with this other name but I think they will come back to the family in time - don’t give up on family ?

So bad it isn’t even funny. Mocked the handicapped. Alaska USA was friendly & efficient. Global is a word-class tragedy. Rude /clueless new employees & lines beyond the horizon, on hold for hours, plus changing policies that are unannounced. 1,2,3 strikes and you’re out. I wouldn’t trust these losers with a used tissue! BTW, I’ve read the numerous complaints & save the energy for your pathetic, platitude responses for fixing your mess. This gal is going to limp away to a real financial institution.

I truly dislike using this bank. I'm forced to because of the company I work for and I loathe it. I refuse to open my own account with them because of their lack of customer service, their outdated policies, and the LONG HOUR LINES when they FORCE you to go inside their lobby.

I’ve been an alaska usa member for years and while living in Juneau had wonderful customer service. Since moving to Anchorage all the CSRs are lazy and don’t seem to care about customer service. Moving their clients through the line isn’t a priority.I swear it’s like the DMV….I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line which should be considered “express” and have been waiting for over 20 mins. To withdraw some single bills.I was told there was one car ahead of me and yet that car just left and she hasn’t come back to talk to me.

I have been with them for almost 20 years. When i moved out of state I chose to keep them. That says alot.
