He was very helpful when we setup our insurance at the end of 2021 for the year 2022. We have been trying to get in touch with him for a couple of weeks now to review our plan for 2023. We called and waited on the line for him for about an hour several times. We get down to the tenth caller on hold, then it jumps to 20 calls holding. When it gets down to about 10 again, the call disconnects. The music is very nice. We have not gotten a response to an email we sent about 10 days ago. This is not normal for him, his service was very good and he is knowledgeable. We hope that everything is ok but we wish we could talk to him as the deadline for the insurance is Dec. 15.
