They helped me out from the start to finish with setting up a delivery to an Air Cargo, to get it shipped out to my village. They were very professional, helpful and kept me in the loop through the entire process.

I bought a Bosch range that was delivered June 4, 2024 from Allen and Petersen. This range does not even deserve a one star review. It has dangerous design flaws that have been confirmed by a certified appliance repairman sent to my home by Bosch. I have been injured twice, once with a bad burn and once by tripping over the warming drawer that inadvertently opened. I have written the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission. They have sent my complaint to Bosch. I have received no response.
Allen and Petersen manager, Lisa Ludwig, has also contacted Bosch. She gave me a case number and told me I would be contacted a customer service representative from Bosch by August 23. I have called Bosch several times and each time I am told it is still until review. I have also called Allen and Petersen several times and have received the same information. I have asked for a refund.
As of today (August 30, 2024) I have not heard back from either Bosch or Allen and Petersen. I would not recommend buying an appliance from this company who doesn’t seem to care about the safety of it’s customers.

Garrett at Allen & Petersen’s has been really great! He helped me to find a refrigerator that had the features that I wanted and still fit in a confined area - not an easy task. He was so pleasant and diligent in researching to find something that would work for me. I appreciate his willingness to answer all of my questions and to follow up to be sure that I was happy with my purchase after the install. The delivery & install by Jason and George was also well done. I’m impressed by the service that I received from Allen and Petersen’s team and will definitely return for more appliance purchases.

From the store experience to the delivery/install this has been a breath of fresh air. The staff kept what I wanted in their frame of reference for suggestions, what I could afford and my need. The delivery guys were top notch. Such care that you just don’t usually see any more. Would without a doubt go through them again. And love my new dryer and warranty!

Reliable, efficient, and excellent customer service. They always approach me immediately in the store to assist and have very reasonable delivery timelines. Their drivers are courteous and efficient. They have a good variety of in-stock appliances. I have purchased several appliances from Allen & Petersen and will continue to in the future.
