Thai and Rich always go above and beyond. Spectacular service. They make you feel like you are a VIP every time. We’ve been coming here for years and have not been disappointed. I have purchased several sets of tires and had many repaired. Never feel like they are trying to take advantage and always steer me in the right direction. Highly recommended. Tremendous customer service will keep me coming back.

Bought 4 new tires for winter 2 years ago. Totally slide everywhere. They stink in the in snow. Now we have a flat and we're told we have a warranty but can't drop it off because we have to be on line in the morning to get it done. I understand for larger repairs but for a tire? It's not worth it. My husband would miss out on min 2 hrs of work maybe more to get on line. That's alot of money he's not getting paid for so no not worth it.

I had a nail go through my tire and the dealership “fix” lasted a week. I assumed I needed a whole new set of tires and went into Alyeska to purchase. They talked me out of buying and instead said they could truly fix it. That was months and months ago and the tire held air. I’ve had zero issues since. Amazing customer service and people who want to help, not just make a profit.

Ask about what they offer. They went above and beyond for me. They have parts I would not have assumed they do have, and I could have saved more money had I asked. Great staff!

Always an amazing experience with these guys! Especially Thai and Rich! These guys are the main reason why we come back every tire change over!! Also to buy new set of tires for our vehicles!! Highly recommend for all your tire/wheel needs! Wrapped my tires loaded and strapped them! These guys are rockstars!

Brought in a flat tire a year ago because they were the only store in anchorage with a matching replacement. Thai at the front desk quickly had the tire examined and they only found that the valve stem was loose. Returned the inspected, inflated, and road-worthy tire to me within the hour and I was back on the road. No charge for the service and top notch staff. Thank you Thai!

Even though they were not able to mount my tires, they DO mount tires brand new from other sources (Amazon) I have a set of 26inch wheels and they don’t have a machine big enough set up. They do have one in Palmer though.

I think this is my new go to place for anything tire related. The customer service was great which is very refreshing. I went in for an alignment but after they did a quick check of my tires they advised me they would not be able to do the alignment because my tires were no good. They explained thoroughly what was wrong with them and I was able to see and feel it for myself. They took my car back and checked all of them for free. I appreciate their honesty, thoroughness, and kindness through the process.

Alyeska Tire came to my rescue when I popped a tire hitting a pothole. Thanks to their quick service and warranty coverage, I got a new tire replaced for just a $12 state disposal fee. Their professionalism and reliability make them my go-to for all tire needs in Anchorage. Highly recommend!

Always a good experience with Alyeska tire. Been multiple times. Fixed all my issues with my tires and brakes everytime. Never have they tried to upsell me on nonsense and have always been up front with me. Would recommend for any tire related issues

I showed up with a low air shock on my oversized vehicle and my onboard compressor ooc. They topped up my shocks and tires immediately and got me back on the road. The guys in the shop were very helpful and friendly.

Customer service. Is always on point. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. If you have questions, they will take the time to school you. I always take my trucks to them, tried to work with other companies in town (was looking for a tire that Alyeska doesn't sell).
