I dropped my truck off to have my air suspension worked on for the second time as the first time I was told it was the air springs having a tear and for $2,582.25 they said they would replace them in order for my air suspension to work. They called me after the replacement and told me that the air suspension module was not working now and needed to be replaced for another $1,382.00. The module was working when I took it in and working when they first diagnosed the problem but now it does not work? This is similar to a previous time I took the same vehicle in and they wanted to replace the radio and it turned out to only be a connection that was loose that someone else fixed for me and thus I cancelled the radio replacement. I told them that my module was working and it must either be another bad connection or they damaged the module when I took it in the first time as I could show from their own diagnostics that the module was working when I took it in. This truck was dropped off last week in order for them to look into the air suspension module but I have not had an update despite of my callings to Nate (the service advisor) and the Craig (the supervisor). I have tried to get an update and called on 3/22/2024 at 1:52pm, 3/26 at 11:04am, 1:05pm, 3:57pm and today 3/27 at 10:44am. I had to ask for Todd, the service director and left a message with him today.....we'll see how this message goes. i have left messages for someone to call me and I have not received a call. Very disappointed with how they are dealing with this. I have bought many vehicles for my company and I can tell you i will not be buying from them ever again. I'm lucky that I have several Dodges (that I bought from them) that I can use in my company, but if you didn't have a second vehicle, this would be very inconvenient. I will update this again.Also, Nate will ask you not to leave a bad review on his performance as according to him, if you call him, he will work it out instead. I reminded him of his request to not leave a bad review and to call me via text, but apparently what he meant is don't complaint, period as he has not called me back.

Donnie, Robert and Kevin were extremely helpful and very patient.I was very concerned about the damage to my new Jeep Gran Cherokee L. They fixed the damaged parts so I could drive and gave me a list of the replacement parts needed. They arranged to order the parts when I return to Alaska after Christmas vacation.I was relived that I could use my Jeep.As a senior citizen, I truly enjoy their courtesy.Lately- 19 March - they installed my new running boards...and the boards perfectly match my black Jeep. And...as a bit of a short legged guy - now I can get into my Jeep much easier..! Justine was extremely helpful and courteous. I know that when he tells me something, it is the truth. I felt very at ease leaving the Jeep with him. I am very satisfied with the results. Please thank Justine for me.Francis

Free "Birthday tire rotation". Brought my Ram 1500 to the dealer, greeted by service person. Waited in their lounge for 25 minutes. Got my truck back and the Service person wished me "Happy Birthday". Really nice experience.

We always have issues with their service department. They muscle us into paying for mandatory "repairs" that never get fully fixed. We replaced our whole air bag lift system on our truck and to this day the system still says it needs service, but when we took it in under warranty they said nothing was wrong. Same with our park sense sensors last month. We asked them to just disable the system and they forced us to buy new sensors bc of "safety" and still can't get them to work/ stop dinging that it needs to be serviced. Also wanted a quote on how much to fix our tailgate (took it in at the same time as the park sense) and they had said they wouldn't charge a second diagnostic fee, but we ended up paying for two fees still. ? I've left several messages for them to call me back, and even for a supervisor to call me back about our recent park sensors and no response.

I really appreciated the transparency between Travis and Ruben the sales man and the sales manager. They ensured to answer all my questions and then some. They also made sure that I was receiving the best deal for my family and myself. I really appreciate them and their work/team! Highly recommend working with them!

Really great IN PERSON customer service, everyone is usually nice but as soon as you walk out that door trust me when I say that you aren’t getting an answer about your vehicle until you walk back in for an answer. I bought a jeep there in July and had it immediately in the shop because the windows stopped working and they took 3 days to tell me that there was a connector loose in my B pillar, not 1 time did they call to update me or ask me questions. I was the one blowing up the voicemail and inbox. On the 3rd day I decided to go in and what do you know all the sudden my jeep is finished and they were just about to call me. While I was standing in there waiting for someone to talk to me the phone in the service shop was ringing off the hook…. Instead of answering them and putting them on hold I saw the service manager come from the back office and ask why the phones weren’t MUTED. Also come to find out they didn’t even touch my car until the beginning of the 3rd day.Same jeep is back in for a catastrophic failure in the Front Diff and it’s been 3 weeks of waiting for parts. And still every time I call there is no one to answer except the front desk of the sales department and even she said I’ll transfer you but I don’t think they’ll pick up.I Seriously can’t wait to move and get away from this dealership and find me one that at least talks to its customers
