“A great place to make your plans a reality!
First off I have had great experiences with the staff. That said, for what it is (an inexpensive 1 BR) it's a good value. The wooded lot on the south side of the building was the selling point for me but unfortunately the seal on the living room window had failed before I moved in and is murky and full of condensation. The other negative is the oven that was made in 1976. Limited visitor parking is a pain if you want to have guests but there is 1 assigned parking spot per unit. They are currently upgrading the exterior and some interior lighting to LED which is very nice.
The last issue I had was the aliens. The abductions were rare and the staff installed a shield for our safety.
I am giving an overall 4 star. Minus one star for the window and the oven that is 3 years younger than I am.”

“This place has came a long way. Doesn't help that the cops come in and wants to throw their weight around and ask for your name. The place is really quiet and staff keeps people out that cause trouble. I'd give it 5 stars but the cops showing up every night and randomly asking people insight for names just to run it is really not attractive but just down right degrading. Not everyone is a criminal. Can the city do something about the harassment we face as customer's from the one's whom are sworn to protect and serve and stop treating everyone like scum's. Constant reminder of why Alaska should be blacklisted for tourists.”
“As a new tenent i have nothing but good things to say regarding PP1.The management team at 1 and 2 are very professional if i have any concerns questions they are answered . Maintanence team is awesome handling problems quickly and knowing about repairs needed. I love .my apartment.”
