The front desk lady (brown hair, fair complexion) at the pantry on JBER is NOT that friendly. Quite rude frankly. Several people mention this to me too. It takes a lot going to the pantry because you can’t afford groceries or household essentials and this employee makes the experience worse.
A year ago, there was two other wonderful young ladies working the front desk and made the trip pleasant. Please bring them back!
Side note; The bargain shops are great though. Keep doing a good job there!

Great organization, they do so much for the military and their families. Love the Bargain Shop here, literally one of the best thrift shops! I always find good stuff. Great people
