The experience was great! Our rep was Edwin and he was amazing! Super helpful and so knowledgeable! I forget the managers name that was there with him but he was also a great help! Both gentlemen possess the customer service skills that all employees should be like these two!!!

Uneducated employees who would rather refer you to a 1-800 number. Came over to AT&T when they purchased Cingular in 2007. Something changed in 2022 with AT&T. Increased rates and subpar internet service. If you want to purchase something the employees are on top of it 100%. If you want to pay off a devices, reduce your bill or cancel service they are not in the business to help. When you do cancel service beware of the hidden fees. They continue to charge you even after you cancel service. Made the switch to GCI and so far so good.

I believe our sales representative's name was Collin. He was hands down the best service representative at a cell phone company I've ever had dealings with. He made our entire experience getting a new phone line quick and pleasurable.

It was evident that the entire staff worked together as a team to best benefit the customers coming in. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and checked on as I waited.As for the representative I directly worked with, he was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. He made the visit so easy that I couldn't wait to give my positive feedback and experience.

We had a phone that had to be replaced because it fell into a river and was lost. Upon receiving our replacement phone we were unable to connect it to our cellular service. We went to this store in hopes of having them help us reconnect the phone. We did not receive any help. The young kid sat in a chair took less than 5 minutes to work with us... He was leaned back in a chair with his feet on the table and told us he couldn't help us and we needed to go do a different store. There were no other customers in the store and he barely acknowledged us. He did literally nothing to help us. We ended up driving across town to another astore where we were promptly met and provided excellent service. They connected our phone and we walked out of there in under 10 minutes with a connected phone. We have always used the Abbott store but after the poor service, we will now be using the diamond store location.

The whole staff were very unprofessional. One sat with his feet on a table. Another played games. The jewel that helped me was texting his brother while we were waiting for my new phone to update. He was shouting across the store to his "bro" and was very dismayed he had to close aloneHe actually told me I was released when the loading was complete. I asked about the differences between wireless charging pads and he shrugged and said he did not know. He then opened the box and told me oh it comes with a charging block.

Collin Chaitoff at the AT&T South Anchorage location by Fred Meyers on Abbott is an excellent sales consultant. Very knowledgeable on ATT products and plans. We found him to be extremely helpful and personable. He made our whole buying experience painless and pleasant. My husband after many years switched from Android to iPhone and Collin walked him through the process and provided new iPhone owner tips. Thank you!

Store location staff were great, but ATT phone lock policy is HORRIBLE. COSTCO ATT rep assured me when I traded my fully paid for phone with a new 14 IT COULD BE UNLOCKED. It was a straight up lie and much drama ensued as several ATT phone support folk lied as well saying phone would be unlocked when trade in processed by ATT. Nope.ATT is not keeping pace with customer requirements, and has one more extremely dissatisfied customer.

I'm an at&t customer and they don't want to sell you a phone unless you finance it. Sales person kept telling me to go to apple or go to best buy. What kind of business is this?

Friendly enough service but the employee seemed like he was rushing. I didn't really mind but I was given a Sim card that wasn't registered. Went to another location later that day and it was fixed so not a huge deal but maybe the first employee should have not rushed so much.
