Dear AT&T Managers,
Today I rushed in with my husband 9 minutes before closing. I explained that my husband had done something with his settings and the phone kept speaking jibberish. My husband needs his phone to work because he has an LVAD and needs a working phone at all times. Corey went right to work. He explained what my husband had done (tweaked the wrong accessibility settings and then locked his old series 10 phone) and set about to fix it. Corey stayed 15 minutes after closing to make sure his phone was working. Thank you! Thank you for service and kindness and understanding above and beyond. Thank you Corey! Thank you AT&T!

Judy was the lady who helped us, she was wonderful. She explained so two old people could understand, then set up international calling on our phones. She was friendly, patient and extremely helpful, thank you Judy your help was very much appreciated.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this just really bothered because I feel like I was lied to. I bought a phone from this location about a year ago, as well as screen protector because I was told I could get it replaced for $12 at the AT&T store when the time came. I stopped by today to get my screen protector replaced, and I was told that they could not replace the screen protector because it was not AT&Ts brand. I was upset to hear this because I bought that specific screen protector because I was told I could have it replaced in store for $12. I’m wondering why this was not explained to me a year ago when I bought the screen protector. The lady who helped me today was kind and understanding, but I do feel misled with my initial purchase.
